What to say.... I've had plenty of bad experiences with renting... The Residences at Monteval is not one of them. I just moved in and the walls are good and solid, very little noise gets through if at all. If something doesn't work, they promptly fix it. They even installed a different style shower head for me that I bought. I've yet to try out the club house, but it looks amazing. And the service is amazing, they'll even take your trash down to the dumpster for you. If there were beds here, I'd be shocked if I didn't find a chocolates on the sheets (they had them in a box on a the counter.) They are even pet friendly. I am very happy I've moved in, and in a few months they may earn more stars on another site.Update: Office tries very hard to solve problems. For instance the office and I have been working with an impossible downstairs neighbor who's opinion is that "Shuffling" and "footstep" sounds are inappropriate, in fact any noise is in appropriate. The neighbor has been causing problems since day one. Knocked on my door all day Christmas day. Office told him to not knock on my door, he did it anyway. The office helped me try to set the levels to an acceptable level. Wasn't enough for him. He sent the cops three times and the police have told them that the levels are fine and that he and his wife should expect some noise because they live in an apartment. I've had to turn my music down outside of quiet hours even to the point of barely being able to hear it myself, still not enough for said neighbor. Now I am putting a towel under my subwoofer hoping that that fixes said issue; I don't have high hopes because he is just that guy., but the office is holding on to hope that we can resolve the issue.Anyway, in every instance the office has tried to do their best to fix the problem. Tried to help set levels. Spoken with said neighbor on multiple occasions and asked him to not do certain things which he will do anyway. Tried explaining that it is an apartment and that absolute silence in an apartment is impossible. Even the police told them the same thing. Unfortunately, they've just got the impossible tenant with the ears of a super dog. I am sorry that this guy landed on their door step, they are great at doing what they can to make you feel at home and they often go leaps and bounds beyond the call of duty. Tenants like this will make any apartment's job difficult if not impossible. Not their fault at all.
